What Are The Requirements?
If you are qualifying on your own, you will need a credit score of at least 640, sufficient rental history, and proof of income that is 3x the monthly rent.

Can I Have A Co-Signer? Do They Have To Apply?
Yes! You can have a Co-Signer when signing at The Landings; your Co-Signer will not need to fill out an application though. When filling out an application, you will be able to include their name, number and email. The Co-Signer will be sent a Parent Guarantor Form when a lease is sent!
Are Pets Allowed?
The Landings is a Pet Friendly community, where your furry friends are welcomed!
Cats and dogs will be allowed with a two pet limit per unit.
There will be a $200 Pet Registration Fee (per pet) with an additional monthly $40 pet fee (per pet).
